Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy covers paid services offered directly by us, such as travel assistance consultations. Access to the articles on this website is free and requires no payment.

What we cannot refund

We do not sell flights, hotels, insurance or transfers. We cannot refund, rebook or cancel anything purchased from an airline, agency, hotel or insurer. Those requests must go to the provider that took the payment.

Cancelling a paid consultation

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled consultation receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50 percent refund, reflecting the reserved time.

Missed appointments without notice are not refundable, though we will normally offer one reschedule.

Service failure

If we fail to deliver a paid service, you receive a full refund without conditions. Tell us within 14 days.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take longer to display them.
